It does not usually happen that the delivered products are faulty, but if it happens, we try to handle the situation as soon as possible and to your satisfaction.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will agree on the return procedure.
If you have received a product past its expiration date, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will agree on the next steps.
If you have not received your order after 14 days from dispatching, please inform us at our e-mail address email@example.com.
If you want to return products, you must send them back unused and in the original packaging within 14 days from the day of delivery. You must send them at your own expenses. After that we are going to pay you back the price of the product (excluding the costs for delivery).
