Complaints & Returns

It does not usually happen that the delivered products are faulty, but if it happens, we try to handle the situation as soon as possible and to your satisfaction. 

Damaged or wrong product

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at:  and we will agree on the return procedure.

Product expired

If you have received a product past its expiration date, please contact us at: and we will agree on the next steps.

Product not delivered

If you have not received your order after 14 days from dispatching, please inform us at our e-mail address

Return of goods

If you want to return products, you must send them back unused and in the original packaging within 14 days from the day of delivery. You must send them at your own expenses. After that we are going to pay you back the price of the product (excluding the costs for delivery).
